Historia del albun
Tupac: Resurrection fue lanzado por Amaru Entertainment como la banda sonora del documental Tupac: Resurrection de 2003. Incluye remixes de varias canciones previamente lanzadas por Tupac, como "Death Around the Corner" de Me Against the World, "Secretz of War" de Still I Rise y "Holler if You Hear Me" de Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z; y nuevos versos de 2Pac no liberados antes reconstruidos en nuevas canciones como "Ghost", "One Day At A Time" y "Runnin (Dying to Live)". Eminem fue el productor del álbum, que vendió 420.000 copias en la primera semana.

La última canción del álbum, "The Realist Killaz", contiene un verso no liberado de Tupac, remezclado con otro verso de 50 Cent en el que aprovecha para meterse con el rapero Ja Rule.
